Definition

Rewards redemption rate

The reward redemption rate measures the proportion of claimed benefits that are actually used by customers. This is a key indicator of the actual activation of the program and the perceived value of the benefits offered. A good rate reflects a smooth, understandable and motivating experience, while a low rate often signals a lack of clarity, visibility or overly restrictive terms of use.
